Yes, we have a full Public liability insurance cover.

Yes. Our normal contract terms include a 14 day trial period.

Yes, we would provide references upon request.

Do you guarantee the quality of the cleaning job?

We always require references from our cleaners when interviewing them. Cleaners receive comprehensive on-site training in basic cleaning duties. More specialist training such as carpet cleaning and hard floor maintenance is given on one-day training sessions.

What happens if a cleaner doesn't turn up?

In this case, please, give us a call. We will arrange another housekeeper to be sent to your premises.

Who supplies the cleaning materials?

We provide all cleaning materials and equipment.

Is there a minimum number of hours per cleaning visit?

No, the timing for each quote depends on the individual case and therefore we do not require a minimum time period.

How long are your contracts?

After our trial period, there is no minimum contract period however notice period is 28 days

What are your payment terms?

28 days from invoice

Do you pay your cleaners minimum wage?

All our cleaners receive well over minimum wage.

Can we speak to your existing customers?

Yes. Once you have received a quote from us and are considering going ahead, we will be happy to provide you with a list of customers to contact. As a courtesy to our customers, we do not publicise their names or contact details without their consent. Some of our customers are featured on the case studies page.

What sort of staff turnover do you have?

Average staff turnover is 2 yrs. Some of our staff joined us over 10 years ago.
